The M life Loyalty Program
M life Rewards is a customer loyalty program offered by MGM Resorts that is available at MGM resorts and hotels, as well as at its offline and online casinos. As a member of this program, you’ll earn credits and climb up our reward tiers. The number of credits you earn depends on the games you play and the iRewards Points (iRPs) that you earn, the sports bets you make, as well as booking a stay or having a meal at MGM resort. The M life tiers
These are the five tiers, their credit requirements, how long the credits will last and the benefits each specific tier has to offer.
1. Sapphire
Points required: Zero up to 24,999 tier credits
Credit expiry period: Six months
As a Sapphire tier member, you’ll earn iRPs whenever you place an online casino wager, or place online and on-property sports bets. These iRPs are redeemable for Express Comps (a currency that is used at MGM for specific services,) cash and other bonuses. This membership tier also provides you with personalized offers and discounts on rooms at MGM resorts, as well as exclusive access for mobile check-in, which is accessible through the MGM Resorts Mobile App.
2. Pearl
Points required: 25,000 tier credits
Credit expiry period: 12 months
In addition to the perks previously discussed for the Sapphire tier, you will also get 10% more points for playing slots online and at land-based MGM casinos, and access to a special queue at certain resorts for buffets.
3. Gold
Points required: 75,000 tier credits
Credit expiry period: 12 months
In addition to the perks available to Sapphire and Pearl members, you’ll also earn 20% more points for playing slots, and will have access to priority check-in lines at our hotels. Tier credits will expire after 12 months as a Gold member.
4. Platinum
Points required: 200,000 tier credits
Credit expiry period: 12 months
As with the previous tiers, you’ll have all the perks of Sapphire, Pearl and Gold members, as well as a 30% bonus on all points earned when playing slots, priority access for valet and taxi services, and an incredible annual complimentary cruise. This complimentary cruise is provided by Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises.
5. Noir
Points required: This tier is by invitation only
Credit expiry period: 12 months
This is the special VIP-only tier, which is solely available to individuals who have been invited to join this membership tier. As you’d expect, you have all the previous benefits discussed in the other tiers, as well as a 40% bonus on all points earned when playing slots, guaranteed advance hotel and restaurant reservations, and complimentary limousine service to and from the hotel to the nearest airport.
